The DfE have launched a consultation, in view of raising the participation age to 17 in 2013 and 18 in 2015, where they are asking what should constitute 'full time'. The fact that Care to Learn will remain available up to age 20 (see previous blog post) means that there is potential for much more flexibility in further education provision for young parents.
